Women in the Workplace
In the modern workplace, understanding gender dynamics is a key to unlocking true potential, for both individuals and businesses. I have written and researched numerous papers about gender in the workplace, becoming a specialist in the field of executive coaching for women.
Working with women at management and board level, I highlight their skills, improve their interpersonal style, boost their performance, and help to improve career success. My coaching sessions challenge and support women to build on their individual talents, overcome issues of confidence, and set and achieve career building goals, thus realising their true potential.
