As an award-winning television producer, I understand the power of communication, diplomacy, and sensitivity, and have been able to unite large teams and land a collective vision.

I have collaborated - and negotiated with - formidable organisations, ranging from Hollywood studios to the various factions of war-torn Beirut, as well as navigating the complex power structures of the BBC and Channel 4, and a range of cultural organisations in Europe and the US.

My background in documentary production informs my coaching style and brings an ease to in-depth conversations, with connection and empathy at their heart.  

Over time, I have learned that real change can be achieved, by working through problematic elements of an individual’s story, whether it be in the workplace or in their own personal development, and reigniting a sense of purpose and reframed future goals.
